This page is to inform readers that the quarterly results of each REITs and Business Trusts. I will try update their results within the 1 or 2 days after they have made announcement. As there are many informations to look out for, I will mainly focus on Gross Revenue (GP), Net Property Income (NPI), Distribution Per Unit (DPU), Gearing Ratio, Weighted Average Lease Expiry (WALE), Interest Coverage and Net Asset Value (NAV).
